5 Stages of My Personal Awakening

The absence of fear is love. I believe the collective reality in the world would change overnight if love replaced fear in the forefront of our thoughts. And I think love is the secret ingredient to solve all of the seemingly complex issues of our time. I may be wrong about all this, but experience tells me there is definitely something to it.

Digital Art – A Poetic Vision (Video)

A must watch artistic journey through the cosmos to better understand the relevance of digital art. Without digital art and the power of the computer mankind would not yet completely understand the fractal. An amazing presentation about the cosmos above and the cosmos below.

Occupy Yourself – David Wilcock (Video)

Researcher and inspiring lecturer David Wilcock talks about consciousness, our psyches and how we can heal the world through meditative awareness and conscious intention. A must watch.

How to Meditate

At its most basic level and now widely accepted understanding, meditation is simply stilling the mind and settling into the ever present “now.” When we also take into consideration that past and future are simply linear constructs and the present is all that exists (and persists), the process for focusing on the now can become a lot easier to experience and the practice of meditation far more effective. Perhaps it would be helpful to meditate on that concept, in and of itself.

Why the Way You Think is the Cornerstone of Reaching Your Health Goals

To truly desire great health, try visualizing what your life and body would be like once you have it. Think about how you would look and feel after having achieved your short-term goal, and then think about it again after having achieved a long-term goal. Want to kick it up and notch and really amplify progress? Imagine you are incredibly healthy and have the perfect body in the present.

Black Whole – Nassim Haramein (Video)

Nassim Haramein grapples with the biggest questions in science, the relationship between, time, gravity, space and the human conscious. Helping to unravel the mysteries of life, this must see documentary works toward unifying the division between science and spirit.

Alpha Brain Waves – A Guide To Understanding

Alpha brain waves are considered relaxed brainwave activity. Alpha brainwaves are brainwaves that cycle within the range of 8 – 12 Hz and are usually generated in the brains right hemisphere or in a synchronized pattern between both right and left hemispheres. Alpha waves kick in when our mind and body are completely relaxed and free of stress.

Pineal Power

Unlike other parts of the brain which come in pairs, the pineal gland is singular. Its location in the center of the brain and presence in other species indicates it is an older part of humanity’s evolutionary brain system.

The Yoga of Eating – How Food Choices Affect our World… Part 1 of 3

With the world in uproar over Monsanto and all the horrifying information about our food sources, it is unfortunate that the vast majority of us are simply not in a position to be self-sufficient when it comes to raising our own food. Modest gardens are more of a pastime than a means of feeding an individual, a family, or the masses. Just over 200 years ago, 90% of Americans were farmers. Today, most farms are corporate run and have reduced that figure to around 2%.

Seven Tricks Your Brain is Playing on You

We all want to believe we are tough to fool. The problem is, even if you are not so gullible, your brain still works a certain way, making associations that create vulnerability to being easily fooled, or fooling yourself. It takes work to release yourself from these natural assumptions that are presumed to originate from a mix of hard wiring and cultural conditioning.

Graham Hancock’s “Quest For The Lost Civilization” (Video)

Skeptics may scoff, but Hancock earnestly points out similarities in giant stone structures in the Egyptian desert and Cambodian jungles, and on Easter Island and in Micronesia, he points out what he considers evidence of an ancient society of seafarers. His ideas may seem utterly bizarre at first, but Hancock presents them in an understated and good-natured manner, and he also makes clever use of computer graphics and aerial photography to illustrate the startling similarities in ancient structures found from the North Atlantic to the South Pacific.

Big Food Must Go: Why We Need to Radically Change the Way We Eat

We cannot solve this simply by going vegetarian or vegan, or buying organic and fair trade. The very market that has created this Big Food disaster — the market that creates monopolies and monocultures — cannot solve these deep systemic crises. To truly “occupy the food system” we will need nothing less than a fundamental restructuring of the economics and policies that currently enable our corporate food system.

Have Scientists Discovered a Way of Peering Into the Future?

Strange as it may seem, there’s nothing in the laws of physics that precludes the possibility of foreseeing the future. Time may not just move forwards – but backwards too. And if time ebbs and flows like the tides in the sea, it might just be possible to foretell the future.

Qi Gong and Stress Resistance

The result is that an increasing number of us find ourselves having to manage increasing levels of stress on a daily basis. How many of us have been directly affected by the death of a friend or loved one, work overload, legal problems, relationship concerns, increased worries about job security, being able to meet financial commitments and debt management?

Biological Studies Reconfirm That “Human Nature” is No Excuse for Violence

In a world filled with mostly well intentioned people and tons of senseless violence its completely natural for those people to develop an assortment of justifications and rationalizations for the horror that is taking place around them. One of the most popular of these rationalizations is what I like to call “the human nature cop out”. This is basically the notion that violence taking place around the world is justified because humans are naturally prone to violence, and that’s just “the way it is”.

The Twelve Primary Qi Channels – Part 4

The main task of the Liver is spreading and regulating Qi throughout the entire body. Its unique character is flowing and free. Therefore, depression or frustration can disturb the functioning of the Liver. In addition, the Liver is also responsible for storing blood when the body is at rest.

Meditations on Ego and Enlightenment

Even in the deepest darkest depths of human emotional experience, when one really goes into the darkness deeply, you will find illumination. It is everywhere you seek it, always hidden in plain sight. Whether you are chanting a mantra or explaining to the landlord why you do not have the rent, every act is holy when done consciously with conscious intent.

Grey Matter In Our Brains Is Increasing And You Won’t Believe Why

Many have addressed the changing tone in our society. People are fed up with what is happening around them. They are tired of the corruption, greed, control and manipulation of national and international governments at all levels. The breaking point in human beings may have arrived and the evidence is in the brain.

Don’t Get Snared By Schools Of Thought

Independence is a myth. We’re dependent on everything. Our atmosphere, our bodies, our loved ones, it’s ridiculous to think otherwise. But I know what people are talking about. It’s independence from them and their false reality. Then we’re free to be part of everything. Sad that so many long for this but stop short at one of the traps – politics, religion, nationalism. All based in ego, pride and separateness.

No, thanks!
