Autism and Vaccinations: Will Your Pediatrician Tell The Truth?

Wiggins, Prevent Disease
Waking Times

The controversy surrounding the link between soaring autism rates and vaccinations continues to escalate. Pediatricians assure parents that most vaccines are safe, but is their word good enough to ease your fears? The research community says there are no conclusive scientific studies which prove that vaccinations cause autism. Opponents of vaccinations also make a valid point, which is that there have never been any long term, double blind studies for any vaccine ever to prove that they are not responsible for the development of autism in children. The vaccine testing, therefore, is on the general population.

Are you willing to play Russian roulette with your child’s brain? An analytical thinker will realize that something is causing autism and it is not the drinking water. Decades ago, the autism rate was about 1 in 10,000. These days, the autism rate is more than 1 in 100. The interesting thing is that since the number of recommended vaccinations has increased, so has the rate of autism.

As more women return to work shortly after giving birth, the number of infants getting vaccinated increases because mothers are often forced to place their newborns into daycare centers, which require infants to get vaccinated for enrollment. Most public schools also exert extreme (sometimes illegal) pressure upon parents to vaccinate their children, and never mention that there are specific exemption clauses in every state, which allow families to legally opt-out of all vaccinations for religious and/or philosophical reasons. Therefore, contrary to all the disinformation, vaccines are technically not required by law.

Does the medical profession have any idea what kind of havoc these vaccinations are causing in the bodies of young babies whose immune systems have not had a chance to develop? What if the babies are allergic to the ingredients? What are the ingredients? Could they be toxic? Do you know what is being injected into your child, or are you blindly following the crowd being too afraid to question so-called authorities?

There are pediatricians who have reservations about giving vaccinations, and refuse to inoculate their own children and grandchildren, but they will inoculate yours. Medical school was expensive, they have loans to repay, and they need to make a living. In his book, How to Raise a Healthy Child in Spite of Your Doctor, Dr. Robert Mendelsohn, pediatric medical doctor, stated that “vaccinations are the bread and butter of pediatric practice.” Dr. Mendelsohn further explained that there are “significant risks associated with every vaccination and contraindications that may make it dangerous for the shots to be given to your child.” However, most doctors routinely give vaccines to children while remaining unsure of their long term consequences.

Parents have a right to know the truth about vaccinations. Do the benefits really outweigh the risks? Is it better to delay the vaccinations until children are older? Should some of the vaccines on the schedule be eliminated all together? Is there a safer method to help protect children from common childhood diseases? What about pediatricians who practice natural and holistic health care as an option? Is it worse to catch the measles or develop vaccine-induced autism? These are the questions concerned parents need answered.

Is there a link between autism and vaccines? This question will continue to be the topic of debate and controversy and not offer any hope to parents whose children are afflicted with the disease. A better question to ask is “what is the American Pediatric Society and the American Academy of Pediatrics doing to find out what is causing the increase of autism rates in children?” In the meantime, if you are a parent, do your homework and then make the decision you believe is best. Remember, the pediatrician is not going to raise your child.

  • We are living in Satan’s playground with no end in sight.

  • The rates of autism is increasing at almost the exact rate of the advance of wireless technology and the exposure that we receive. if you take the graphs of each they will follow the same curve. There have also been many studies that elaborate on the mechanisms of radio frequency radiation as a causal factor in autism. i imagine that vaccines and RF work synergistically as the heavy metals in vaccines attracts RF. We are living in Satan’s playground with no end in sight.

When current U.S. law refers to vaccines as “unavoidably unsafe” (specifically in comment k, of the Federal Vaccine Act of 1986) then it is irresponsible and misleading for anyone to say that vaccines are safe:

the Federal Vaccine Act of 1986 (called- National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act of 1986) states, “No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.” S300aa-22(b)(1)

[A 1986 Congressional committee report defines “unavoidably safe products” as “products in which the present state of human skill and knowledge cannot be made safe.” -as pointed out by Justice Carley of the Georgia State Supreme Court (in the case- American Home Products Corp v. Ferrari, No. S07G1708 -decided 6 Oct 2008). In other words if the vaccine was not made as safe as human skill and knowledge can allow, the Vaccine Act of 1986 does not protect vaccine manufacturers from civil liability. Otherwise, as Justice Carley asks, how would it “better promote the discovery of safer alternative designs if manufacturers are given blanket tort immunity for design effects.”[?] Because then the Vaccine Act of 1986 would then have the “perverse effect” of granting complete immunity from liability to an entire industry.]

Sadly, on 22 Feb 2011 the U.S. Supreme Court decided (in a 6 to 2 ruling, Bruesewitz v. Wyeth LLC, No. 09-152) to interpret the 1986 vaccine statute to mean that vaccine manufacturers have immunity from all civil liability, rather than to be decided on a case by case basis, regardless of whether the vaccine is avoidably or unavoidably unsafe.

With this new interpretation enacted by none other than the U.S. Supreme Court, it is time for the Vaccine Act of 1986 to be overturned!

… So again I ask, if U.S. law specifically states that vaccine manufacturers are not liable for their “unavoidably unsafe” products, then how can any honest person make the claim that vaccines are safe?

  • Thank you for the positive responses to my article. When it comes to children’s health, one can never be to careful. Doctors do make mistakes, and big pharma does put profit before people. Here is another article I wrote that you might also enjoy:

Vaccines are based on JUNK SCIENCE.
Doctors do NOT deserve the benefit of doubt when it comes to the health of our children!

Many pediatricians will maybe not tell us because they’re possibly unaware about vaccine dangers.

Medical faculties, research staff, teaching staff and students are strongly influenced by the pharmaceutical industry which is often involved in financial support. Information regarding pharmaceutical products including vaccines is often filtered by the industry. This applies also to information which the industry gives to their reps.
Medical students normally study about vaccines for only a short time and doctors often don’t take the time to even read through package inserts.

    Dr. Suzanne Humphries:
“Do you know how much doctors learn about vaccines in medical school? Nothing – zero point zero, except that vaccines need to be given on schedule when they participate in their pediatrics training and told that smallpox and polio were eliminated by vaccines–neither of which is true. Doctors are indoctrinated with the mantra that vaccines are safe and effective–neither of which is true”.

In comparison it is often the case that vaccine critics have spent hundreds of hours, even many years studying vaccines and know far more than the average doctor.
We are many who are frustrated, unimpressed and tired of trying to ask about and discuss with doctors about vaccine ingredients, safety statistics, potential long term adverse events including carcinogenicity, synergy, interactions, secondary transmission, concomitant administration, etc.
It is often blatantly obvious that the average doctor has minimal knowledge about the complex issue of vaccination.

Will your pediatrician tell you this? Even more, if they did, would you stop? %95 of you do this, all day long, even when pregnant. And even before as the eggs a baby has in them while in the womb they will carry forward. Worse yet is men are doing this to their sperm… have a look at the results…
