Lucid dreaming, being aware that you are dreaming when you are dreaming, is scientifically identified as a hybrid state of consciousness. It has been practiced as a mind training method by Tibetan Buddhists for thousands of years. Morley believes that dreaming more lucidly can bring more awareness, clarity and joy into life. He is the co-creator of a new holistic approach to conscious sleeping and lucid dreaming called “Mindfulness of Dream and Sleep”.
