Reality Cramps & Sensory Overload

Some of my good friends are having a sensory full impact overload these days. They feel that their nervous systems are about to crack and it could very well be so.

It is no surprise.

We have a full moon, we have a perfect storm of solar influx and the Matrix is vowing its constructed wars.

The last impacting the collective consciousness with both fear of war and a more and more sad attitude of: When the hell do they stop?

We came here in peace, we would like to sit under a tree and cuddle, watch our children play and as the muted buzzing of a drone fly over takes down the sound of the crickets in the moonlit evening and chemtrails are surgically removing the magic of a beautiful sunset: We once again can observe: This is no country for peace loving folks.

The sensory overload isn’t stress, as mainstream therapy would think. It looks like a stress impacted breakdown in that sense but it isn’t.

It is sensitivity.

That sensitivity shows itself very differently in people. Some have an extended sensitivity tied in with hearing, some have it with sight, and some have it on a tactile level or all five senses combined. One is not more significant than another; our sensitivity is often focused in one of our senses and not all five.

  • Some have a very extended sixth sense, in fact I believe we all do. It might be dormant or it might be out in the open, but we can all transcend the extra sensory perception.

This sensory overload shows as an extreme, more or less, reaction to: sounds, touching, vision among others. It is a very difficult place to be. It is like the system of perception can’t handle the input anymore. A tiny sound from the TV, on the street, even a bird chirping in nature feels like somebody is cutting through your nervous system very fast with a very dull razor.

Small sounds feels excruciating – you just want out and must get away from it.

It’s a blitzkrieg on your senses and it can be very painful.

This is where good people snap… also because the healing of sleep can get very interrupted. Wake up way to early, having a hard time finding the doorway to the healing sleep that provides a reset for the brain and the nervous systems.

If you should be approaching sensory overload or are having it there are some very basic things you can do:

    Retreat:

Most people who experience this just want to be left alone. Listen to that urge.

If you are in a relationship or with your family you won’t often be inclined to explain or excuse yourself. It can seem like an overwhelming task, since they often react with: “Is it us?”

Usually it isn’t but in a way it is, since they also create a storm of sensory input you don’t have the power to process. It can get critical and test the glue between you and them and to put it very honestly: ‘You don’t really care’ because you don’t have the power to care in this situation and excusing one self is a disempowerment matrix, so the best one can do is to stand by it.

We can’t change what we do not acknowledge and pinpointing the situation and protecting oneself is the first step out of the situation. Multitasking feels like the Devil´s design and you really can’t, and you really shouldn’t. Its time for the undistorted power of attention.

So let them think what they want or introduce the condition to them anyway (I would not recommend that). If they are not spiritually engaged though, they would be inclined to put you in the ‘box of stress’ and maybe they will start to self-blame – but right now: That is not your problem. Your problem is to prevent yourself from a sensory breakdown.

So go under a blanket and rest, rest, rest and enjoy the comfort of not getting impacted or find a similar method. Under a tree in nature, walk alone in the city and focus into a detached state of mind: Hear nothing, see nothing, feel nothing.

    Meditate:

Is the obvious tool or is it? If it works for you it works for you. So that is good.

But, and there is a but: Meditation sharpens the senses and I am not very happy to say this but I will: You need to dull the senses down. If the motor is running at full throttle it does not make sense to pour gasoline on it. That is the simple explanation for considering a couple of days of not engaging in meditation.

    Taking the edge off:

Some stray to pills, some stray to alcohol, some stray to weed or stronger stuff.

Pills for sleeping or sugarcoating the nervous system don’t help in the long run. They will just delay the overload, but yes, as a panic-first-aid-kit, they do the job. Watch out that you don’t get snared it though since benzodiazepines are highly addictive and enforced by the Matrix. I am NOT promoting this, but I know people go there, so there is no reason to filter out reality.

Using alcohol is basically the same Matrix, but it is better though.

A high quality brandy (cognac) has a very good resonance with the soul. That is one of the reasons that brandy often is used as a conservant for natural remedies. So a couple of those before bedtime should be able to transport you into a good night’s rest and reset the nervous system.

Marijuana, basically does the same as brandy and the same as with alcohol, the aim is not to get drunk but just a bit dulled, you maybe don’t want to get really high, since that usually creates a sensory overflow, so that would be silly. If you are a pot user, go for the mellow high.

Here is what I have experienced to work very well for me:

A very high dosage of vitamin B-Complex before bedtime and in the morning. Vitamin B makes your nervous system elastic where right now, it is very inflexible and stiff. It feels like every sensory input creates a deep scratch in it. No worries, when you are out of the current overload meditation will heal the asymmetry created in the storm.

    Flower remedies:

I have a long love affair with Dr. Bach’s flower remedies. They have never let me down and can be used to self medicate in a ‘learning by doing/using’ reality. It is absolute safe to do that.

The main first aid helpers, and it really feels almost instantly like a very cool cloth on a very hot forehead, are: ‘The Rescue Remedy,’ ‘Aspen’ and ‘Rock Rose’.

You can easily combine them all until the sensory overflow starts to leave you.

    The Rescue Remedy does this:

It can be used to help you get through any stressful moments, from last-minute exam nerves to the aftermath of an accident.

    Aspen:

Is the remedy for any fear whose cause can’t be named. At one end of the spectrum the Aspen fear may be no more than a sense of foreboding; an uneasy anxiety that something unpleasant or frightening is going to happen. At the other it can be a real terror, with physical symptoms such as the hair standing on end.

Sometimes people think of Aspen as a nighttime fear, related to dreams and night terrors. Aspen would certainly be the right remedy if you were lying awake in the dark scared of something but not knowing what it was. Nameless Aspen fears are just as likely to occur in full sunlight as on a dark night.

    Star of Bethlehem:

It is the remedy for the after-effects of shock, such as the shock caused by unexpected bad news or any unexpected and unwelcome event. It can be used just as well for the effects of a shock received many years ago, even very early in childhood.

This is also the remedy for that sense of emptiness and loss that sometimes occurs when a loved one dies or moves away. Star of Bethlehem is a comforting remedy to take in such circumstances.

Note that the above is ‘in general’ and I use the word fear. Fear has the same vibration as a very pushed nervous systems approaching critical mass and that is what is happening here.

What I have observed in my own life and by introducing them to people I have worked with is the more the etheric effect. So there are layers of healing in those depending on the situation we are in when we think we might need them. Obviously they are also very good in normal day life.

There´s a difference in getting the sensory overload and breaking down from it.

So if you are in an overload, your first job is to protect yourself and not everybody else. Since too much ‘politeness and caring’ because you feel you must explain yourself can actually trigger the breakdown. A very common symptom of sensory overload is: That you don’t feel like talking up the walls and the ‘wall to wall carpet discussion’ will take you down: Go Self and protect your Self.

You can explain later. Right now, you´re too doggone tired for that without the gift of pinpointing what took your system into that state.

That is a pain, when we don’t know.

At this point I think it’s the celestial cocktail of cosmic influx from the sun, the full moon and the nasty winds howling in the matrix.

    Either way: Duck and cover.
