Dreaming is part of being human. It is believed that dreams affect our daytime emotional state and general well-being, and can even provide insight into our physical and psychological health.

Dreams can be viewed as messages from the subconscious mind. For some, dreaming is just a quick glance at what is hidden in the deepest corners of the psyche. For others, dreams and interpreting the symbols in dreams are steps towards a more profound personal transformation.

Regardless of how much importance you place on the act of dreaming, as you age, you will likely start to lose the ability to remember your dreams and/or your dreams will become less vivid. The pineal gland – often referred to as the Third Eye or Seat of the Soul – is a small pine cone-shaped organ in the brain.     Spirulina is another chlorophyll-rich superfood that offers similar benefits to eating leafy greens but has much more nutrition packed in a small serving. Similar to chlorella, spirulina is single-celled algae rich in protein and beta-carotene.     Aroma therapy during sleep can have powerful effects on our dreams – a theory based on experiments conducted by Marquis d’Hervey de Saint-Denys (1822-1892).
