does the turmeric hurts the stomach?

    • Bill

      Anna,
I put about a tablespoon of turmeric on my food daily and have not had
any stomach issues. I also, take 2 capsules of turmeric for pain on occasion and once again no stomach issues. When I take the capsules I
do it on an empty stomach as the turmeric works faster that way. I hope this helps.
      Have a blessed weekend!
      Bill
