How to Decalcify and Detoxify the Pineal Gland

The primary goal of decalcifying your pineal gland is so that you can begin the process of pineal gland activation and begin the awakening of your third eye.

There are two parts to pineal gland decalcification. The first is to stop any further calcification of your pineal gland which is caused by any lifestyle habits or environmental factors, e.g. flouride, etc. The second step is to work on reducing and removing the existing calcification and help to further develop your pineal gland.

Below we will go through the methods you can take to achieve these two steps.

STEP 1 – Stop further calcification of your Pineal Gland

The key to stopping further calcification of your pineal gland is to firstly identify what causes calcification, and then secondly stopping these sources. Generally speaking, it is a person’s diet (food/drink) and lifestyle that causes calcification.

Below is a list of the primary causes of calcification:


Halides are chemical substances such as Flouride, Chlorine and Bromide. They all seem to have similar effects on the pineal gland, so it’s important to remove these from your diet.

Flouride is the most common and widespread in our diets. It is magnetically attracted to the pineal gland more so than any other part of the body. Here it forms calcium phosphate crystals which accumulate. Fluoride is present in toothpastes and tap water. It’s a heavy duty poison and should be avoided at all costs as it calcifies the pineal tissue and basically shuts the gland down. Switch to a fluoride-free toothpaste and drink spring water or filtered water (see ‘Tap Water’ section below for more information).


Calcium supplements – This is one of the biggest causes of calcification, they don’t really work so if you’re taking them it’s recommended that you stop immediately.

Calcium in food – Pretty much all processed food contains some form of calcium. These forms include calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate and dicalcium phosphate. Many supplements contain these as content fillers also.

Tap Water:

Tap water contains many calcifying substances (including fluoride as mentioned above). The safest and most healthiest choice is spring water as distilled water can be harmful in the long run. Nevertheless, distilled water is still much better than tap water.

Mercury is very bad for the pineal gland due to its poisonous nature. It should be avoided at all costs. Mercury tooth fillings are pineal toxins and should be removed. Also all medical vaccines are tainted with mercury, e.g. Thimersal (a vaccine preservative made of methyl mercury) is very difficult to get out of the brain once it’s in there. Avoid eating fish and bottom feeders such as shrimps and prawns. Tuna and dolphin meat is particularly bad as it contains higher doses of mercury. Generally speaking, the bigger the fish, the higher the concentration of mercury in its body tissue. Eco light bulbs should also be used with care, as if one is smashed mercury vapour is released into the room and inhaled. The good news is that mercury can be removed from the body by the daily use of chlorella, wheatgrass and spirulina, it just takes time. Cilantro herb taken daily can help remove mercury from brain tissue too.


Some pesticides are pineal toxins so foods grown using these pesticides should be avoided. Therefore, fresh organic food that hasn’t used chemical pesticides is recommended instead. Organic healthy food with a high ratio of raw foods (Raw Diet) is supportive to pineal detoxification.

Due to the food chain passing these chemical pesticides on, certain meats can accumulate these chemicals. Some people recommend meat free diets also to protect your pineal gland from potential harmful substances.

Other toxins:

If something is toxic and not naturally produced by nature, do not put it in your body. If you can’t say the chemical’s name, it’s most likely bad for you. Other toxins include artificial sweeteners (aspartame K) , refined sugar, phylenanine (in fruit squashes), E numbers, deodorants, cleaning chemicals, dental mouthwashes (saltwater is suffice) and air fresheners.

Sugar, Caffeine, Alcohol and Tobacco (S.C.A.T.):

As a general point, a diet free of Sugar, Caffeine, Alcohol and Tobacco (S.C.A.T.) will not only flush the system, but it will also bring about the “kundalini” rising and ensure you have a great balanced mind/body. The diet must be maintained for at least 2 months. The longer you maintain the diet along with exercise, you’ll find that your energy level will increase and excess pounds will fall away leaving your brain clear from toxins. This gives you the capacity to focus on pineal gland activation.

STEP 2 – Remove existing calcification within your Pineal Gland

Removing the build up of years of toxic build up in your pineal gland can be achieved with some dedication and commitment.

There are a number of ways to decalcify your pineal gland, below is a list of them along with what you would need to do:

Organic Blue Ice Skate Fish Oil:

One of the most powerful natural substances you can take to decalcify your pineal gland. It contains a very powerful substance called “Activator X” discovered by Weston Price. See below for more information about “Activator X”.


Very powerful for general detoxification. It is also good for your hair, skin, nails and building bones. Start with a comfortable dose and work your way up to around 7,000-10,000mg per day. Generally, MSM starts to work effectively at higher doses, however it is still beneficial to take it at lower doses.

Raw Chocolate:

Raw cacao is a great pineal gland detoxifier in high doses because of the high antioxidant content. It is also good as a pineal gland stimulant too, which can help to activate your third eye. See How to activate your pineal gland section for more information on pineal gland activators.

Citric Acid:

Raw lemon, juiced and consumed is very good at detoxifying your pineal gland. Citric acid also works, but raw lemon juice is recommended. It’s recommended that you take 3 tablespoons of citric acid or 7 organic lemons every day on an empty stomach for three weeks. You can also do this by mixing it with spring water as citric acid isn’t so good for your teeth.


Garlic is amazing for decalcification because it is able to dissolve calcium and acts as an antibiotic. Added benefits are it gives your immune system a kick start. Consume around half a bulb to two bulbs daily (or more if you like). To ensure your breath doesn’t scare anyone off, you can crush the garlic and soak in raw apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice to deodorise it. Make sure you put the used lemon juice or vinegar on a salad or re-use it for other foods later. Don’t let anything go to waste.

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar:

Very good for detoxification of your pineal gland, as it contains malic acid. It’s great to put on your food and tastes great. A recommended brand is Braggs apple cider vinegar, and make sure it’s raw. Generally speaking, vinegars should be sold in glass bottles, so if it’s not in one, don’t buy it as you’ll be consuming plastic too!

Oregano oil and Neem extract:

Acts as a natural antibiotic against the calcium shells that nanobacteria create around themselves in the pineal gland.

Activator X (Vitamin K1/K2):

Discovered by Weston Price, it is a super potent detoxifier, especially when mixed with Vitamin A and D3, and has many properties. It can reverse the process of arteriosclerosis, allowing the enzymatic balance to be restored. This then allows for the calcium to be removed from the arteries and other locations (i.e. pineal gland) and placed where it belongs, in the bone. It is also a potent catalyst for vitamin and mineral absorption.

The vitamin occurs naturally in two forms:
K1 (phylloquinone) is found in green leafy vegetables
K2 (comprised of menaquinones) is created by intestinal microflora and also obtained from food sources such as organ meats, liver (goose/chicken are best), egg yolks, fermented dairy products like cheese or butter (from cows eating rapidly growing green grass), Japanese fermented soybean dish Natto (the richest K2 food source), sauerkraut, marine oils, fish eggs and shellfish.


Boron is another detoxifier and pineal gland cleanser. It also works well as a fluoride remover. It is present in beets and best consumed by eating organic beets or trying beet powder mixed with spring water or other liquids/foods. You could try adding 1/4 tsp of sodium borate (Borax) to your green teas. An inexpensive source of boron can be purchased in most supermarkets as common borax. Borax should be taken in very small quantities in pure water, with as little as 1/32 to 1/4 of a teaspoon of borax to one liter of water. This mixture should be consumed in small quantities throughout the day has been found to be safe and effective. About 1/8 of a teaspoon with a pinch of sea salt has been found to be effective too. Another alternative to common borax is food grade sodium borate.


It has not been proven conclusively, but many believe that melatonin helps remove fluoride by increasing decalcification of the pineal gland which helps breakup the existing calcification. In addition to melatonin supplementation, plenty of daytime physical activity and/or exercise, a healthy diet, not overeating and meditation/relaxation exercises all contribute to higher melatonin production from the pineal gland.


Iodine has been clinically proven to increase the removal of sodium fluoride from the body via the urine as calcium fluoride. Most diets are deficient in this vital mineral and it is recommended that people take seaweed foods and iodine supplements that combine iodine and potassium iodide. However, eliminating fluoride with iodine also depletes your supply of calcium. It is therefore recommended that you also take an effective calcium/magnesium supplement. To compliment the intake of iodine, it is recommended that lecithin is consumed too.


The pulp, bark, and leaves from the tamarind tree can be used to make teas, extracts and tinctures that will help eliminate fluorides through the urine. Tamarind is widely used in Ayurvedic Medicine and has many positive health properties.

Distilled Water:

I know it sounds crazy, but our urine today is polluted due to our poor diets hence why it smells, etc. The thinking behind it is that clean urine during a raw diet is healthy and acts as a powerful cleansing agent.         Come on, I think it’s absolutely o. k. to ask for research that an author did. If the author is credible and has done serious research he/she should not be afraid to name the sources.

        The fluoride thing is well-established even in mainstream science, btw.

        Has nothing to do with BS – I wouldn’t believe anything just because someone says so. And this goes both for mainstream and alternative research. Otherwise it would be religion – and THAT is BS. You always have to keep an open mind.

        So, in naming some sources, people would be able to do further research for themselves, see the evidence that is being put out there.

        In closing this comment, I also would kindly ask the author to please give a reference list. Some of the points make sense but I couldn’t find out myself.

          Thank you for your comments, and questioning things is healthy.

          This research has been accumulated over some time from many different sources. To be honest, I never kept a reference list as these have been various people’s suggestion, advice and experience for detoxing/decalcifying the body and the pineal gland.

          I am sure if you do your own investigation you will come to the same conclusions as the kind people who originally gave me this information. If at the minimum it gets your curiosity going, then that can only be a good thing.

            Namaste; let me say, I’m first of all appreciative for your extensive effort, this is a good page to bookmark. With that said, I wanted to ask you of your research about garlic… You see, I am a Yogi, and we do not take any of the alliums, even in East it is considered medicine not food. In any event, there is a nice page about this which I’ll break the link and leave it in the bottom but also paste the bulk here which I think you may find intriguing. Again, my hat tips to your nobility and sincerely hope and visualize your swift and impactful success.

            I’d love to see you add “Meditation” to this list, as any serious spiritual student would agree, the mind, when wielded by the consciousness for good and growth is capable of truly anything, and this very active activity of polarizing the pineal region with this divine awareness of awareness is surely THE MOST impactful and meaningful method to achieve not just decalcification but truly a permanent transmutation of the pineal from the souls seat to throne of the Atma. Just as Christian bible says, land flowing with milk and honey, this is the active pituitary and pineal glands flowing the milky white and golden yellow fluids, or Christ 5 wounds = the cutting off of the 5 senses when you meditate, the Jesus that is crucified is your pineal gland and the 2 thieves are the eyes, robbing you of truth, forcing judging comparing desire etc. etc. feeding you illusion; so to meditate is to crucify Jesus and the 2 thieves, and the the Christ Consciousness arises, this “Christ is the enlightened” pineal gland.

            Om Namah Shivaya = meditate on this, the first sound, the first word, the most holy and divine name of god, repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat this holy mantra and you will finally remember; that is what it is too, it is not discovery, it is not a destination, it is finally remembering, that is enlightenment… remember you are GOD, you are SOURCE, all is within YOU. You are not the body, you are NOT the mind, you are not the ego, if you want some word you are pure consciousness.

            Consciousness uses Mind as a sheath, Mind uses body as a sheath… Not body nor Mind can go experience enlightenment, you must leave those behind, those tools, they must be seen as tools, necessary illusions that you should not self identify with.

            Let me give you a proof of why “emptiness/silence/stillness” is true happiness:

            [We See, We Hear, We Touch, We Taste, We Smell, and instantly we wish to have/achieve a thing, this is desire… Now, this desire has you stressed (when will it come???!??) it has you fearful (WILL IT COME AT ALL?) it has you angry (How dare they say it will not come??!!)… Now you obtain the thing/achieve the status, whatever, you become instantly happy, quite pleased;

            Watch now, follow me on this: Now it may be moments or some greater time later, but never long, that we have now a fear arise (wherever there are 2 there is fear of separation), the fears (Will I lose it, WIll they steal it, Do I deservere to keep it) etc. etc. right, so now, the happiness DISAPPEARS!!

            Consequently, if not a fear, or in addition to the fear, surely also a new desire will form, a better one, a bigger one, a faster one, etc… the happiness is always temporary but let me show you what the happiness truly is: The happiness IS the EMPTINESS!! You see, the moment you became happy is the ONLY time, that infinitesimally small moment of emptiness was the true happiness, BUT, because that happiness spontaneously arises at the moment of obtaining of the thing/goal we confuse it for being the obtaining, never realizing it is the instant release of a desire because we perceive we have a “thing/status”, when TRULY, it is the momentary emptiness that is the happiness we experience!!!!

            Here’s my short answer: As a devotee of Krishna and a practicing Bhakti-yogi, I don’t eat garlic and onions because they cannot be offered to Krishna.

            Here’s my longer answer:

            You may know that onions and garlic are botanical members of the alliaceous family (alliums) – along with leeks, chives and shallots.

            According to Ayurveda, India’s classic medical science, foods are grouped into three categories – sattvic, rajasic and tamasic – foods in the modes of goodness, passion and ignorance. Onions and garlic, and the other alliaceous plants are classified as rajasic and tamasic, which means that they increase passion and ignorance.

            Those that subscribe to pure brahmana-style cooking of India, including myself, and Vaishnavas – followers of Lord Vishnu, Rama and Krishna – like to only cook with foods from the sattvic category. These foods include fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs, dairy products, grains and legumes, and so on. Specifically, Vaisnavas do not like to cook with rajasic or tamasic foods because they are unfit to offer to the Deity.

            Rajasic and tamasic foods are also not used because they are detrimental to meditation and devotions. “Garlic and onions are both rajasic and tamasic, and are forbidden to yogis because they root the consciousness more firmly in the body”, says well-known authority on Ayurveda, Dr.Robert E.Svoboda.

            Some branches of western medicine say that the Alliums have specific health benefits; garlic is respected, at least in allopathic medical circles, as a natural antibiotic. In recent years, while the apparent cardiovascular implications of vegetable Alliums has been studied in some detail, the clinical implications of onion and garlic consumption from this point of view are still not well understood.

            Nevertheless, there are still many adverse things to say about garlic and onions. Not so well known is the fact that garlic in the raw state can carry harmful (potentially fatal) botulism bacteria. Perhaps it is with an awareness of this that the Roman poet Horace wrote of garlic that it is “more harmful than hemlock”.

            It should be pointed out that Garlic and onion are avoided by spiritual adherents because they stimulate the central nervous system, and can disturb vows of celibacy. Garlic is a natural aphrodisiac. Ayurveda suggests that it is a tonic for loss of sexual power from any cause, sexual debility, impotency from over-indulgence in sex and nervous exhaustion from dissipating sexual habits. It is said to be especially useful to old men of high nervous tension and diminishing sexual power.

            The Taoists realized thousands of years ago that plants of the alliaceous family were detrimental to humans in their healthy state. In his writings, one sage Tsang-Tsze described the Alliums as the “five fragrant or spicy scented vegetables” – that each have a detrimental effect on one of the following five organs – liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, and heart. Specifically, onions are harmful to the lungs, garlic to the heart, leeks to the spleen, chives to the liver and spring onions to the kidneys.

            Tsang-Tsze said that these pungent vegetables contain five different kinds of enzymes which cause “reactions of repulsive breath, extra-foul odour from perspiration and bowel movements, and lead to lewd indulgences, enhance agitations, anxieties and aggressiveness,” especially when eaten raw.

            Similar things are described in Ayurveda. ‘As well as producing offensive breath and body odour, these (alliaceous) plants induce aggravation, agitation, anxiety and aggression. Thus they are harmful physically, emotionally, mentally nd spiritually’.

            Back in the 1980’s, in his research on human brain function, Dr Robert [Bob] C. Beck, DSc. found that garlic has a detrimental effect on the brain. He found that in fact garlic is toxic to humans because its sulphone hydroxyl ions penetrate the blood-brain barrier and are poisonous to brain cells.

            Dr Beck explained that as far back as the 1950s it was known that garlic reduced reaction time by two to three times when consumed by pilots taking flight tests. This is because the toxic effects of garlic desynchronize brain waves. “The flight surgeon would come around every month and remind all of us: “Don’t you dare touch any garlic 72 hours before you fly one of our airplanes, because it’ll double or triple your reaction time. You’re three times slower than you would be if you’d [not] had a few drops of garlic.”

            For precisely the same reason the garlic family of plants has been widely recognized as being harmful to dogs.

            Even when garlic is used as food in Chinese culture it is considered harmful to the stomach, liver and eyes, and a cause of dizziness and scattered energy when consumed in immoderate amounts.

            Nor is garlic always seen as having entirely beneficial properties in Western cooking and medicine. It is widely accepted among health care professionals that, as well as killing harmful bacteria, garlic also destroys beneficial bacteria, which are essential to the proper functioning of the digestive system.

            Reiki practitioners explain that garlic and onions are among the first substances to be expelled from a person’s system – along with tobacco, alcohol and pharmaceutical medications. This makes it apparent that alliaceous plants have a negative effect on the human body and should be avoided for health reasons.

            Homeopathic medicine comes to the same conclusion when it recognizes that red onion produces a dry cough, watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose and other familiar cold-related symptoms when consumed.

            These are just some of the reasons I avoid leeks, chives, shallots, garlic and onions.

          Ever heard of intuition?

          Intuition can light up things for us that are true or simply useful for us to listen to right now. This is why it’s valuable to listen to a wide variety of viewpoints and ideas, even ‘silly’ or untrue ones, and also why it’s valuable to share whatever information you feel like sharing – your intuition will use the opportunity to light things up for you.

          Research and references are useful to a point, in widening the array of possibilities and providing a path deeper into a subject. Yet really, we’re making it all up, and science changes its mind often, so its rock-solid conclusions are never that for long. Further, most scientific institutions are now at the mercy of irrational political and sinister agendas, so we’re pretty much running on common sense now, which is probably for the best.

            John, you clearly don’t understand how science works, it doesn’t ‘change its mind often’ and in no way are we ‘making it all up’. i am so fed up with comments like this. yes be open minded, yes explore new ideas, that is what science is based on, but please try to actually understand science before you say things like this, i am so sick of trying to educate uninformed people who somehow feel that they are enlightened.

          Hate to say it, but the flouride thing is NOT well established except for certain data that points to the flouride ion being necessary (topically applied) for tooth enamel repair. Too much and the teeth will become damaged (flourosis).
          Ingesting flouride (in any form) to fix one’s teeth is the equivalent to swallowing mouthwash to prevent halitosis.
          Not to mention, there is absolutely zero control on “dosage”

      I agree that a reference list is important as I have read many articles that list wikipedia or other websites as references. I am blessed to have had the benefit of a university education along with access to a vast database of peer-reviewed scientific journals. Now I am a very spiritual person however some of the claims made here are wrong and could lead to negative health benefits.

      I was once very concerned about flouride, however in Australia (where I am from) the introduction of flouride in drinking water reduced cases of serious tooth decay to 10% of their former levels. I believe that they mix it at 1ppm which is actually less than the concentration in the air if you live in a large metropolis or anywhere near an industrial area.

      Numerous studies (in the hundreds) have shown it to be safe. After reading many of these I am no longer concerned.

      This is one example, there are others in this article. I always encourage everyone to do their own research (with legitimate sources!!). A website ending in .com is not legitimate.

      (I do enjoy reading many articles on this site I promise! This one just needs some adjustment I think)

    Just recently had a lobotomy, and while he was up in there, I asked the veterinarian to check my pineal. It was actually all covered in yogurt, which I done heard has lots of calcium. So he just removed the whole darn thing, and I’m feelin’ much better now.

    I’m surprised that calcium is a problem for the pineal gland as it is mentioned by Dr Peter Glidden, ND that calcium deficiency is very common in much of the Western peoples diet and we should add it as supplements at least as it is not easy to get enough of it just from food. I keeping on with the calcium supplements, but a flouride free now.
    Also, I’m not a veggie, but a speaker called Pane Andov says that to be truly in touch through your pineal, you also need to be a veggie…it works for him.

    I am with you so far but what evidence is there to prove what you are saying here? I am seeing a lot of sites talking about calcification and the undoubted issues with fluoride but without some proof the skeptics will have a field day here.

    The solution to a “calcified pineal gland” is to consume a bunch of unrelated, costly dietary supplements? I’d rather be “third eye blind,” and muddle through like the rest of the world.

      Not always the case, you don’t have to consume costly supplements, there are many other ways to decalcify your pineal gland listed on the site:
      If you did wish to try supplements, what’s £30 for one month’s supply compared to discovering and opening up a part of your body which may have lay dormant for many years? For me it’s all about experience and experimentation – it’s the way I like to discover new things. Unfortunately we live in a society where most things have a price tag so paying for things cannot always be avoided.

    It takes way longer that “a couple months” to detoxify any body part in any real way. It takes years to detox, it is painstaking and involves lots of suffering and torment. We as humans have really f—-d ourselves up with poisons and parasites, worse than we realise.

    I also think the neti pot is important in detoxifying the pineal gland, and “reactivating” it. You should bend completely over and upsidedown to get the salt water into the uppermost areas of your sinuses, in your forehead, and shake it around! The sinuses are very much connected to the pineal gland. If you use the neti everyday for many months you will see why I say they are connected.

    It true about Urine the Holy Water.. I have been drinking for a few year, my body heals its self. The more you drink the clean it becomes.. Taste good really, we have been train to like beer and other beverages.. But your own urine is holy water.. Its trigged my life in to over drive..

        Drinking urine is something that many people do and it is nothing like eating shit. Urine is sterile and will not harm you. There are also athletes who drink their own urine. Eating shit is a different story.

    Great article, however it is important to use a water filter that will actually remove fluoride and to our knowledge the Berkey Light (which is linked to on Amazon under the “filtered water” link in the top half of the article, does NOT remove fluoride.

      The Berkey has three types of filters available for it. The flouride filter attaches to either the ceramic, or the carbon/ceramic and is sold separately.

And sure a good diet and exercise and trying not to put chemicals in your body is great. Whether you are attempting to detox a part of your brain,body or just want to feel better. That is kind of stating the obvious. I mean I know a lot of this to he true. And I see no harm in asking for a reference either. But even with that said. Take it for what it is worth. Even as an opinion it still sounds like a decent idea. If you are in to that. I also hear all this and that about the best RAW food diet, but…. Not for me. Theynsay don’t eat red meat.     I may have had cancer too, being when I had the Xray for my lungs for the hernia surgery I may have activated some cancer because I need an extra Xray because I was born in Denver in the 50’s during the nuclear text and I never reached my full height but my lungs did and they go all the way to my pelvis.

    I was taking 20 to 30 pills of Serrapaptase a day, as Robert, the guy who owns the company says the more you take the faster it works and so I believe he is right. I could feel it working all over my body, cleaning out everything.

    After 21/2 months, I feel totally renewed too in a lot of ways. I also feel happier and relaxed too.

      IT depletes adrenals, calcium and magnesium and trace elements, sends you into a stimulated state where you act hyperactively on false energy. this is highly addictive. there are plenty of studies that prove the harmful effects of coffee over ANY false info about it being good for you. ! its not! period. Why do you think everyone is addicted to it? Something that everyone does, is usually negative. wean yourself off with green tea (herbal) and do some relaxation therapies because being continually up and wired going 100miles per hour, is not good for you.

    Just wondering why this article says that one of the number one causes of calcification is calcium supplements. It advises to stop taking them. However, further down the article it suggests taking calcium supplements when you are taking iodine. Please explain.

      distiled water is hungary water which has no minerals in it and when it is indigested it observes minerals besides toxins, long term uses deplete the minerals of the body. you shall keep the distilled water in clean glasswares which is well covered otherwise it will suck the toxins of the air and the residues of the plasticwares and caps.

    I don’t know why articles about decalcifying the pineal gland are different than articles about decalcifying the body. But if you have atherosclerosis, calcified heart valves, or kidney stones, the wisdom is to take magnesium and Vitamin K. The reasoning is that magnesium and calcium should be in a 1:1 ratio in the body. If not, calcium collects. Magnesium is supposed to help calcium become more soluble. Vitamin K is also supposed to help de-calcify the body.

    After 10 years of taking fluoride-based antidepressants, I withdrew from them and had a distinct ‘draining’ feeling in the middle of my crown where my pineal gland was located. I had massive dreams. It’s been over a year since then, but whenever I drink a smoothie loaded in berries or cherries, I have that same withdrawal feeling at night. The third-eye chakra is supposed to be purple, and I don’t doubt it. Every purple food gives me this crazy detox feeling in the center of my head. Cherries, blueberries, and blackberries make me fall into deep dreamy sleep. I don’t know if this is technically decalcification or detoxification, but the experience is cool.

    As someone who has been trying to maintain a decalcified pineal gland for a long while, I have to say that a lot of this, while it MAY be of some health benefit, I question it’s actual relevance to the pineal gland. The blue ice skate fish oil people seem to be marketing geniuses though because man they recommend their product for just about everything. If you want to check it out, all you really HAVE to do is get away from fluoride. You’ll notice the difference within a month or 2 and it does show up in your dreams first for sure.

    This is just marketing to sell you supplements, if there are no references to actual studies of pineal calcification, I wouldn’t take any of these without doing further research. Fluoride is bad for you that’s established. But which form of fluride? It can’t be every molecule containg fluoride, or calcium. Non one wants part of their brain to be turned to stone, but this push to sell shit like activator X, which is what exactly, is after your money.

    First you say that we should avoid Calcium supplements to stop further calcification (under step 1), but then under step 2 you recommend taking Calcium/Magnesium if we are taking Iodine (which I am).
