The Rise and Reversal of Anxiety and Depression

Panic attacks and anxiety episodes are rising in the population. The opioid epidemic is visible evidence of a path that people with anxiety and depression often take in an attempt to end the dysfunction. It is a path wrought with ups and downs and addiction. Opioids are the drug of choice from the Medical Industrial Complex. These are toxic drugs that can cause death, which is why they must be prescribed by a licensed physician. The Opioid Crisis has become part of the lexicon. For more information, read my 2018 blog, Opioid Crisis: Epidemic by Design.

  • Some headlines declare that “groundbreaking new evidence” shows that deficiencies such as B6 and iron cause chemical imbalances of serotonin, in the brain. And they would be correct. However, this is not new information. And while it is true that B-vitamins are often missing in brain chemistry, B-deficiency is only the tip of the disease iceberg. People of all ages, all over the world, are affected and afflicted due to multiple factors. If B-vitamins are necessary, then so are fat soluble vitamins. If iron is necessary, then so is copper, zinc, and many other minerals.

    Failed Allopathic Approach

To supply lost nutrients to the brain is only a part of the story. To throw nutrients at someone with a complex imbalance that extends from brain to the digestive system, and throughout the body’s cell matrix, is to apply a Band-Aid approach, an approach central to Western allopathic medicine. If healing an individual with anxiety or depression is going to happen, the approach must go deeper and broader.

Depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, are a consequence of metal and chemical toxicity and congestion in the body from toxic environmental exposures, including medical drugs. All medical drugs are synthetic, made up of chemicals, so they can be patented for profit. The toxins within drugs congest the liver, blood, and eliminatory organs: the liver, kidneys, colon, lymphatic system. They displace the essential minerals and nutrients required for health and wellbeing. Minerals are required for our beneficial bacteria and microbes that are more numerous, 10:1, than our own human cells. Microbes and minerals work together.

    Know Your Exposures

All toxic exposures need to be identified and avoided as much as possible. These exposures are multi-faceted and go beyond chemical drugs. They begin with chemical and metals in antibiotics, vaccines, dental fillings, water contaminated with lead and arsenic, and food, contaminated and genetically manipulated to change the structure of food. But the manipulation goes beyond the obvious.

The manipulation of our airwaves and atmosphere, through geoengineered chemical cloud seeding technology is happening in Texas and all over the world. Technology that steers the jetstream, not only affects air quality, but ionizes the skies. Technologies such as HAARP, ionospheric heaters, and bunker fuel operations from ships, rapidly heat or cool the temperature, and ionize chemicals in the air and in human bodies. Just as a microwave oven superheats food and destroys DNA in protein, so too does 4G and 5G frequencies that run your cell phones and computers destroy human DNA. You might call it a strategy of microwave warfare.

Atmospheric aerosols and weather modification programs, such as solar geoengineering operations in the stratosphere, are out in the open. When the American Meterological Society holds conferences on Planned and Inadvertent Weather Modification, you know your government is complicit in a rise of mood altering chemicals into the atmosphere. Only a few, select companies profit from it. As frequency technologies have been used since the 1800s, today they not only ionize the airways, but also ionize the body and mind.

Government openly discloses the spraying operations of metals, such as aluminum, chemicals, and microbes, because there is nothing left to hide. Published studies show how elevations of silver, barium, and strontium, come from manual rain-making operations and not only from “natural geochemical sources.” And they count on the fact that you will not connect the moving dots.

    Connect the Dots

However, plenty of evidence exists showing that aluminum is a neurotoxin, and has similar effects on the Central Nervous System as cobra venom. Barium removes the myelin sheath from nerves. Al, Ba, Sr, and other metals in solar geoengineering operations can and do cause neurological issues including anxiety and depression. When 17 megatons of these particles are dispersed in the air annually, they bioconcentrate in the foodchain and into the mammals who are dependent upon minerals and enzymes working efficiently. From the 2004 Journal of Medical Hypotheses:

High levels of Silver (Ag), Barium (Ba) and Strontium (Sr) and low levels of copper (Cu) have been measured in the antlers, soils and pastures of the deer that are thriving in the chronic wasting disease (CWD) cluster zones in North America in relation to the areas where CWD and other transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs) have not been reported.

Ag/Ba/Sr chelation of free sulphur within the biosystem inhibits the viable synthesis of the sulphur dependent proteoglycans, which results in the overall collapse of the Cu-mediated conduction of electric signals along the PrP-proteoglycan signaling pathways; ultimately disrupting GABA type inhibitory currents at the synapses/end plates of the auditory/circadian regulated circuitry, as well as disrupting proteoglycan co-regulation of the growth factor signaling systems which maintain the structural integrity of the nervous system.

With toxic air, food starved of nutrients, and bodies lacking minerals, humanity is living through a new mode of warfare. Instead of people dying of malnutrition from lack of food, they die of malnutrition from an epidemic of obesity. Because fat stores toxins to protect their release into the blood, as more toxins accumulate, the body makes more fat to store toxins.

When you know the cause you know the cure. Knowledge can reverse the damage. The damage – of metals and chemicals in the body – means there are worms and parasites there to clean up the mess. The body’s microbiome is part of the living immune system, that includes bacteria, viruses, yeast, and parasites, all working with minerals, oxygen, and pH of the body’s tissues to stay in balance. When the scales are tipped, and balance becomes imbalance, then a plan of action must be initiated.

    1. Parasite cleanse:

Medical doctors rarely, if ever, investigate the cause of chronic disease, hence there is an explosion of chronic disease. Under most circumstances, they do not order metals testing and rarely do parasite testing. But parasites will be present, as Nature intends, if the body is dealing with a garbage load of toxins. So cleansing parasites must be done to shift the pH of the tissues from acidic to neutral and restore the microbial balance.

    2. Restore minerals:

When one mineral is lacking, many minerals are lacking. One of the best ways to restore minerals is through Fulvic minerals from the earth. Another way is by using healing clays. Other options include: Diatomaceous Earth, Activated charcoal, and Colloidal silver. Both Fulvic minerals and clays perform double duty in providing minerals to the cells while also safely detoxing the chemicals and metals. The body requires 72 essential minerals, most of which come from food. But with soils full of toxins that displace minerals, people must supplement with minerals. Three important minerals are iodine, magnesium, and boron. Another way to restore a full compliment of minerals is to use herbs in foods, tinctures, oils, and teas.

    3. Herbs to the Rescue:

Plants contain constituents that the body can use to direct the action it needs to take against parasites, yeast, and other beasties. These same herbs help support the gastrointestintal tract and organs of elimination. A combination of herbs such as Black walnut hulls, wormwood, and cloves have been used for centuries, well before allopathic medicine forgot about them. Other herbs include Mimosa pudica, garlic bulb, Alma fruit, triphala, pumpkin seeds, cayenne fruit, Bromelain, fennel seed, cinnamon bark, wild thyme, barberry, Neem leaf, Olive leaf, goldenseal root, and the Ayurvedic herb, Vidanga (false black pepper). Many of these same herbs are also antifungal, support the thyroid and metabolism, due to iodine, offer digestive support and improved bowel function, acetylcholine protection to support memory and mood, heal the tissues, regulate blood sugar, protect joints, and prevent cancer.

    4. Restore Essential Fatty Acids:

The heart, cell membranes, and brain are made up of 60% saturated fatty acids (medium chain fatty acids) which are diminished with a load of toxins. By adding beneficial fats, as foods, fish oils, nut oils, and some vegetables, such as avocados, you restore fats for making hormones (for mood balance), as well as add fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K to support brain, heart, immune system, and all cell membranes.

    5. Acupuncture and Energy Work:

Identify energy blocks that keep energy stuck and the body from healing. All physical symptoms begin in the energy body. The patterns that take hold in the meridians and chakra system of the energy body manifest physical, mental, and emotional blocks. Spend time getting to know the unseen part of yourself to understand your connection to the energy that promotes wellbeing on all levels. Other Energy Medicine modalities include Homeopathy, Aromatherapy, Energy Medicine, Flower Essences, Aromatherapy, Shamanic healing, and meditation. Parasitic infections in the physical often reflect parasitic relationships. So, undertaking any healing journey is ultimately a journey inward of self-reflection.  To self-reflect is to be courageous, to identify a possible disconnection with yourself. Ask yourself if you are neglecting yourself or neglecting your gifts?

    Deficiency of Knowledge

Knowing you are your own healer is the key to disease reversal, including anxiety and depression. Ignorance is a choice in the Age of Information. To remain ignorant is to remain in a state of dis-ease. Yet, cognitive dissonance is alive and well. The mind must be open to allow new information to penetrate if anything is to change. Choosing ignorance is a reflection of symptom suppression, that can often remain a prescription for life.

Since humans are not born drug-deficient, then it implies the body is deficient in something else. Could it be a deficiency of knowledge? To focus solely on the brain, when the brain is dependent on the health of the rest of the body limits understanding that brain and gut are interconnected through the same bacteria that encompass the microbiome.

Naturopaths utilize Nature’s tools to allow the body to heal itself. I use the body’s energy fields to identify priority areas of physical healing in my clients. I do not guess. As the body clears, so too does the mind. This type of investigation does not require a medical degree or diagnosis, only a relationship of understanding, curiosity, and knowledge about how everything in the body is interconnected, just as humanity is interconnected to everything in our environment and atmosphere. What we do to the Earth we do to ourselves.

Using herbal medicine, and food as medicine, while understanding that you can reverse anxiety and depression as you can reverse a cold, means that disease can end as soon as you choose. For those taking anti-psychotic drugs, it is important to work with your medical doctor who prescribed them. Drugs were created as a stop-gap measure until the body finds balance. Most herbal remedies are contraindicated with anti-anxiety medications due to processing in the liver that can alter drug efficacy. Yet, there is still a need for the body to be replenished with minerals and nutrients. And there is still a need to address the parasitic load in the body.
