This video gives details on how to go about sungazing in a safe manner to build up to a 45 minute practice. The theory behind sungazing is that the sun is the force of all life and nourishes the body with large amounts of energy. The benefits of sungazing include boosted production of melatonin and serotonin, increased energy levels, and increase in the actual size of the pineal gland.
