Magic mushrooms are a part of the natural world and in this clip from a BBC documentary we discover that Reindeer have a special appetite for the most potent of shrooms. Through the heightened sensory experience of these mushrooms, regional Shaman and natives understood tthat reindeer locate and consume these mushrooms deliberately, showing that the even the wildest beasts of nature willfully seek out the transcendental boundary dissolving experience given as a gift to us all from the Earth. Through this insight we further develop our respect for nature and begin to question the taboo that society has placed on the profound experiences offered by psychedelic substances found in nature.
