Take ownership of who you are. What does that mean? Well, we’re here at the greatest time of change imaginable. We’re trying to not freak out about it… and that’s not easy for those of us who have our eyes open. We’re looking outside of ourselves for someone who has the right advice, someone who has the wisdom, someone who can say, “Go to this place, do this, try that.” Or we’re looking for a shoulder to lean on so we can share in their strength and maybe shed a tear or two before we get up and go again.
There’s nothing wrong with looking for strength and wisdom in others. There are lots of people ahead of us on the path. They’re kind and loving, experienced and wise, helpful and invaluable. Hold them in reverence and gratitude. And then do what the wise ones say. Sure enough, what they say is going to be, “Take ownership of who you are. You are spirit within a body. Raise the vibration of your energy and connect.”
If we turn our hearts in the right direction, our answers will come. We have power and talents hidden within as well as skills developed from our experiences that we can pull out and put to use. There is a long history of human beings creating solutions when under pressure. Being a lifelong champion of the underdog I’ve always delighted in that. We are beautiful and ingenious when we are under pressure, self-empowered and connected.
Undermining through overstanding is a method used by oppressed peoples and individuals throughout history. Considering the level of war that we’re in, for us the undermining part has to come from our own inner development – the things we can see within: our natural perceptive, telepathic, intuitive, instinctive and other ‘knowing’ skills. This is the wealth of our spirit, which is our energy/information body. My guess is that’s the one thing the controllers would not like us to take ownership of.
The human spirit is compelled to escape tyranny. We came from liberation, we know it is home, and we’re heading for that light today in great numbers. That’s why the matrix of control is doubling down in its attempt to drug us with pharmaceuticals and make us placid with toxic food and drink.
I’m sure you’ve noticed as well how they’ve studied us for the purpose of disempowering. How many messages designed to appeal to your laziness, ego, sexual drive, fears, greed, specialness, escapism, and conditioning do you hear on a daily basis? It’s our job to keep our energy from degrading into their hands.
Now let’s get to the overstanding part. As far as I know, the term “overstand” came from reggae music. Afro-descendants have an incredible, trans-generational history: breaking the binds by digging deep and undermining through overstanding every step of the way. My admiration and respect for them as peoples and individuals comes from experience. Having been nurtured by some of the best, I bow in humble gratitude.
When we overstand our controllers, we can pinpoint an Achilles heel that has brought about their failure time and again. They believe in their own specialness. History shows us so many examples of tyrants underestimating the creative genius of the people they wish to control. It seems they simply can’t comprehend how someone so beneath them could subtly outmaneuver them.
Whether they’ve selected themselves to be God’s chosen and therefore inviolate, or decided that they have a divine right due to their bloodline, or determined that they are superior in intelligence due to their race, or somehow more worthy of life due to their wealth… they’ve run a good game, but ultimately, a failing one.
What do we have access to that is by its very nature beyond their grasp? Well, for one thing, you cannot develop ‘knowing’ skills while being an evil, egotistical, lying, sold out caricature of a human being. A profound humbleness is required. You have to know for sure that you are just one among billions having an experience of life.
What else do we have access to? Since we know that a key to thriving and escaping their grasp is to do what they are unable to do, we can start with truth – tell the truth and become dedicated to the practice of it; honor – become an honorable human being so that your heart is pristine and beautiful; kindness – be kind, just as a matter of course, to all living things; generosity – be generous with your time, your energy, your attention, and whatever wealth you can share.
In one of the blogs that I follow, the writer said that the controllers know the great danger of maverick people – people who are not frightened of them, people who are not programmed by them. We are those mavericks and there isn’t a darn thing they can do to keep us from moving toward softness, emptiness, openness, inner work and faster vibrating energy.
When you to dig into that treasure trove that is you and refuse to accept for a minute that you don’t have what it takes, you’ll be undermining while overstanding. You do have it in spades… dig deep!
