Is a HAARP Weather Weapon Causing the California Drought?

Here’s a look at several events on the West Coast radar that definitely beg the question of whether or not we are all living in a James Bond movie where the weather is no longer a natural occurrence — and the California drought is an engineered disaster.
From artificial scarcity to pushing the man made global warming agenda…to higher prices for basic resources like water and food…to betting on weather derivatives on Wall St. and huge crop insurance payoffs…there are plenty of ways for corrupt people in high places to hold the rest of us hostage in order to make a cynical buck.
As severe weather and drought threaten California, and ultimately a pivotal breadbasket of the U.S. food supply, are these bizarre weather events (documented in the above video) proof that engineered weather is literally steering rain and water away from the West Coast when it needs it the most?

HAARP does not manipulate the weather and can not cause earthquakes. It can help to spread the chemtrails that are sprayed every day globally to hide Planet X, which is causing the “climate change”. All your governments are treasonous criminals being run by the aliens who created us. Soon the USA will set off a nuke, blame Iran and that same day will be annihilated by the SCO.
My intuition tells me that Monsanto is at the helm of this operation. They want to drive the independent farmers out of business. When the land is worthless because it can no longer grow food, Monsanto will swoop in and buy it for a pittance then they will have the most productive farmland in the world. That will close the last remaining loop between Monsanto and total control of the world’s food. Just another operation in the war against us. We have been thrown into a self defense mode. We are the most evil, demonic force on this otherwise beautiful planet.
You nailed it, David. Monsanto is nothing but a vehicle for the NWO cronies. I watched in tears a few months back when a farmer had to rip out his almond trees…I bet the Monsanto execs celebrate every time they see farmers have their life’s work stolen from them.
I don’t believe we (humanity, that is) is evil. We’re just mostly asleep. And easily misguided. Our temporary overlords are the evil ones. But more and more people are waking up to what is going on.

Yes, yes, yes!!!! Great article!!! There can be no doubt that this is a HAARP driven event. I can’t remember the percentage of the fresh crops that feed the mid-west (and other) States during the Winter, crops that come out of California, but it’s pretty high. I agree that this is being done to starve the people (kind of like those school lunches I just read about on this web-site).
I have one more thought as to why California is being trashed. It’s so the people who are now living there will be forced to relocate to other States. This opens the door for the Chinese and the “others” who have bought this Country, to move into prime sea-side real-estate, and onto the prime lands that “were” used for growing the crops that America depends on. Once the “natives” leave and the “new owners” move in, the rains will suddenly, miraculously, begin again (as HAARP is shut down), and California will once again prosper.
Kind of sounds like a page right out of American History, when the “Natives” were forced off of their lands to make way for the “new owners”. Just hope the Chinese don’t hand out “small-pox ridden” blankets to kill off the one’s who refuse who leave California. Oh, wait, maybe Ebola will take the place of those blankets.
How can people ignore the reality of global heating and fall for this guff that plays directly into the hands of Big Oil and Big Coal? The planet has experienced the hottest months on record for quite some time now and many regions are in drought – nothing to do with geoengineering but EVERYTHING to do with wasteful destructive lifestyles. A 2600 square mile cloud of FRACKING methane is hovering over the US south west even as this misinforming propaganda is being spread like manure to confuse the scientifically illiterate and utterly gullible. Many would rather blame the quasi mythical powers of HAARP and chemtrails than admit the simple truth and change their deathstyles, particularly in Amerika. But that’s just another inconvenient truth.
