Jones, although I dont always agree with his approach, has done his research and in fact tells people to scrutinize the documents he offers as proof.

The fact is that the food industry in this country is a joke. Even organic products are not safe because of this deliberate contamination and malfeasance that’s well documented for those who care to do the research, which clearly, you have not. I have done enough on my own, thank you.

Eat veggie/vegan and you’ll notice a big improvement in all facets of your life. I cured a tooth abscess years ago with 3 days of distilled water and fresh juicy fruits – gone and never returned. People fall for all the brainwashing out there and the end result is that they are unable to think for themselves anymore.

I would be willing to bet that the author has never tried this diet, nor do they know anyone who has. Most people get 25-45% of their calories from fat – this includes many raw fooders and many vegans. Your body is simply not designed to run efficiently on this much fat, and does much better without it. Fruit is your friend. Calorie restricting, low-carb fad diets will mess you up.

If you may use my change of personality after going vegan, I’ll state my case. I was at the end of my wits and close to a physical breakdown, but what really put me on the vegan diet was my last visit to the dentist. I was embarrassed by my white tongue, and my many caps and teeth with root canals. I was told that I needed another cap. That was it. Right then I went from a sugar eating, meat eating, standard American diet, to eating vegetables. By the way did you know that sugars do the most harm by absorption thru the stomach, intestines, then via the blood to your dentin. In 6 minutes. If you have a compromised tooth, enamel eroding, then the dentin of this tooth is painfully affected. Eat veggies and swish your mouth with coconut oil and your teeth will probably recover. Ever been told that? No, because dentists got to make money. Have you been told that vegan dieters have great teeth? No? I’ll tell you why, because we don’t have meat particles remiaing stuck In our teeth for days after eating. How’s your breath? Teeth, btw, showcase your health status. That’s right. Healthy status first, white teeth as a result. Anyway, back to personality change for the better after eating vegan. If you are stuck in a diet where meat stays in your system, teeth, small intestines, blood, for a week after eating it, then your are going to be iratable. Just like having a thorn in your foot. You are not happy. The next question is, is the standard American diet ours, on purpose? Why not? We’re always ready for a fight, here in America and abroad. Sorta fits don’t it. Yes, we see things more clearly once we eat only veggies. Start eating veggies only and give it a week, you’ll have a better outlook on life. Join the club. It’s great here in veggie land.

We don’t, in fact, excessive protein intake is unhealthy. Very unhealthy if that protein is casin, i.e. dairy.

This author is misinformed. Whole plant food diets, mostly fruit and vegetables – which average more than 80% calories by carbs, is completely healthy, and in fact be optimal for everyone. Malnutrition and calorie restriction is what causes mental issues.

Eating the pathogenic energetic burden of dead flesh can cause mental issues as well.
