I lost 4 stone in weight. My specialist who I have been seeing for over 10 years has never asked me about diet and lifestyle. He is just interested in pushing more pills on me.

I haven’t felt this good in years. I changed my diet from eating processed and microwave foods to eating raw vegetables and grains.

Diet plays a major part in health. Change your diet to a raw food diet and change your health. Diet is essential in repairing your body. Give good food and you will never get sick or ill

Not sure though about whether you get enough cholesterol with that though.

Cholesterol is also necessary, though the brain gets a lot of that from the liver, which makes it when necessary, though eating it is very advisable. Too few fats can wreak havoc with personality, as well as several important physical things, and vegans who don’t get it right are notorious for being hypersensitive and cranky, and low fats can lead to aggression and worse.

Heart disease is a form of scurvy caused by lack mainly of Vit C and compounding factors resulting from that. You can get rid of 50% of atherosclerotic deposits in 3 years by taking a minimum of 500mg Vit C a day, also one or two other really cheap vits like B6.

If you are not getting enough fats your skin starts getting really dry like paper, and I went through that a lot as a vegan and earlier on in my vegetarian experiments, pre-internet era, till I found out how important fats are. Plenty of coconut oil too is really good for you. There are some interesting articles on how different fats are metabolized, some making you fat, some converted to energy straight away.

Sorry for not leaving a reference for that. It is one of those facts heard and then assimilated, that I think I heard maybe from a Neways company tape about the benefits of colloidal minerals (people are better off with basalt rock dust in their gardens rather than drinking bottled colloidal minerals, you get the whole thing perfectly naturally then, together with life force, as the chi in the food actually makes food digestible too. So digestion is not so much a chemical but an electrochemical process, if you count chi as a subtle form of electric.

I may also have read it in a Philip Day book, he is a health researcher you may have heard of who is really good, and is a great campaigner for B17 and other alternative cures, as well as being a fearless soldier against the murderous big pharma. The memory is perfect though, and other microminerals were also mentioned.

Plants definitely have feelings/sensory as well as animals. they don’t die immediately when separated from their roots. like an animal does. just food for thought….plants may be a superior life form than to some animal who thinks others should choose the lifestyle they do.

First got a juicer. Then bought every fresh type of greens and fruits my grocery had available. Quick noticeable differences. Immediately stopped needing antacids. Sleep quite sound. Make a fruit smoothie in the morn and quit coffee without even trying. Have much more energy. Eat as many fruits and veggies as it takes to satisfy me. Very limited amounts of all fats. Weight going down…energy up. Got a rebounder and do the health bounce daily. Aches and pains going away. Starting meditation and yoga. Life just keeps getting better. Plant based feels great!

I’m even going vegan. Considering my more placed outlook now, can you imagine when we all become vegan? I think eating meat makes us more agressive. It’s sorta like a drug. The converse is true as well. Eating vegetables maks us more peaceful. This change of diet is an evolution brought about by our repugnance of violence. Violence to animals and our brethren. Yes things are getting very interesting. There is the added advantage of eating healthy. It’s all good.

Humans have been eating grains for thousands of years and the health and life spans were increasing until the advent of the modern food diet – hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, aspartame, etc. Certainly some people have more difficulty processing this than others, but when I look at the octogenarians, I have yet to see one who is vegan, or even vegetarian. I know some must exist, but it seems like the old folks talk about steak once a week, a glass of whiskey, and even cigarettes.

There are those who say garlic is toxic and billions of others who swear by its health benefits. The same with onions, potatoes and even cacao. One man’s poison is bother man’s superfood.

We cannot predict the long term side-effects of eating such plants, and they may have an effect not on this generation, but on the third generation after us.

Just as the incongruous miRNA from GM plants continues to function inside the animal or human being that eats it, in a cross-species manner, resulting in the death within one week of cows eating GM cotton plants in India for instance, so the still-functioning miRNA from plants mutated by radiation may be acting within our bodily organs in a dysfunctional manner also, that may yet reveal a deleterous effect in a manner not yet fully understood, or conceived of.

Also, whilst most commercially farmed food is farmed on land nourished only by harsh chemical so-called fertilizers, organically grown food is grown on soil which can contain twelve times as many minerals, but that soil is still not fully replete as virgin soil would be, and the best method of remineralizing all soil is to use basalt rock dusts and other rock dusts, along with organic manure, depending on the mineral needs of each particular crop.

Microminerals such as praseodymium, lanthanum, samarium and neodymium are proven to double the lifespan of animals in lab tests, and they would do just the same for us humans too. Only rock dusts have these rare minerals in full measure. 95% of all disease can be prevented simply by eating mineral rich food.
